Meet our CEO - Jaime Fabara

Jaime Fabara is the Founder and owner of FAB Maintenance Services and FAB Carpet Cleaning. When Jaime started the company, he stablished a core mission:

“To provide the best carpet cleaning experience and deliver the best potential of your carpet.”

Jaime Fabara has over 20 years of experience on carpet and floor maintenance, disinfection and janitorial services. Jaime was a pre-med student, and he is also trained and certified as a professional carpet cleaner. During his career he has worked as consultant for different companies. Jaime has helped renown companies to develop and improve different janitorial machines and products. In 2010 he was awarded the 1st place for designing a carpet extractor machine.

Mr. Fabara is a “thirsty for knowledge” kind of person, on his spare time he is regularly reading and studying. He is also very passionate about teaching and helping others. We can see this through the passion with which he teaches his employees, and how he goes above and beyond to help his costumers or anyone who needs it.

Many of our competitors rush through jobs by doing quick and single swipes and call it a day. Our No-Rush Policy means that we dedicate each clients the time they deserve in order to deliver the best results possible. We don’t skip any steps, and we pay special attention to details to make your carpets look as good as new.

We always prepare the space before starting any job, this means placing protective mats and corner guards to protect your floors and corners. We also wear shoe covers to prevent outside dirt from entering your home. Our 10 Step System is followed carefully, every spot is treated individually, and we pay special attention to concern areas and edges. Everything is done carefully by a detailed-oriented team that goes above and beyond to deliver the best results.

All our employees are carefully selected before hiring. Most of our employees are family members or friends of our family. You can feel safe when they go to your home. We also do extensive pre-employment screening, background checks and reference checks.

Before arriving at your home, we will send you a document with the details and pictures of the technicians who will be in your home. Our staff will show up in a professionally lettered vehicle, in uniform and wearing a picture id.
